Now that I'm not setting dead on turkey , mind as already started to drift! What's next??? Behind on the garden with all the rain here in central Va. Also, recently purchased a wood/charcoal smoker so planning to kick back, pop a top or two and watch the smoker turn dinners into a golden brown! Also planning to do the camping thing! Have pop-up can travel! How about you guys.... I'm in the "off season". Deer/duck coming up but... Lots of time before I start thinking about those ! U????

As for right now my mind is still focused on turkeys! I did get a bird at the start of the season so if I can get another would be awesome. I am mostly working to get my dad a bird so if we can pull that off my season would be complete. I will give you an update on my plans after next Saturday right now its all about the Thunder Chicken!

I've got my muzzleloader to finish building. That's been one of most fun projects I have ever taken on.

I bought a long rifle kit from Cabin Creek Muzzleloaders in PA last February. .50 cal Lancaster/York style rifle. I'm building it for my dad as a father's day gift. So far it's going well. It's certainly not your every day project. I'm having fun. I don't think I will get it done by Father's day. I still have a lot of shaping to do.

As the season has closed and I have caught up on sleep and work its time for the projects to start. Going to start working on the yard and landscaping. I need to put down 1500 pounds of lime to help get the lawn back on track, mulch the flower beds, round up the world it feels like just to name a couple of small tasks. I did pick up a $1500 commercial tow behind aerator for $500 yesterday so that was sweet. Also gotta load some TSS shells for fall turkeys and coyotes. How are you guys projects going?
