Way to go Matt.... I seem to be dragging me feet..... I can't seem to sneak up on # 2. They are working me over pretty bad but I'm still after em :smash:

Went out this morning...same ol story, worked a bird/with hens on the roost, fly down and as they say... Elvis has left the building :eyeroll:

Headed back to the club tomorrow..... I'm tryin guys :oops:

Well my ohio bird didnt score better than my other 2 Virginia birds. So im done team and best of luck to any one who still has tags left.

Well gentlemen, my season is over. I am sorry I couldn't contribute this year. I was able to call a nice tom in to our Avian X jake and breeder hen combo, for my close friend. My son and I came real close on a dandy gobbler in Indiana but neither one of us had a clear shot through scrub cedar. It was one of those deals where we called and he was so close we had to hit the nearest cover. No time for decoys or picking a prime shooting lane. Never heard a gobbler putt and cluck like he did. We had him within 15 yards and couldn't take a clean shot....frustrating but exciting. Another wonderful spring season.

Congratulations to my team members and to other team members that scored. I hope you all enjoyed this spring as much as I did. Crappie fishing, morel hunting and of course turkey hunting!

I'm all done. Only got 2 birds this year. Hunted the most Brutal conditions I have ever hunted in for Turkeys. I am already excited for next year...ready for deer season this fall. I wish I could get pumped for fishing but it just doesn't do it for me like it used to. Until September, I will focus on keeping in shape, scouting and figure out what I want to go after next. I am hoping there will be a Goulds in my future.

Good Job Team, not sure if we won or what. I think we got 4 turkeys for a score but not sure if that will get it done. Either way it was a fun season!

X2.....I think our team,overall, made a good showing!Seemed to be a tuff year for alot of folks! Do have to say, was a good spring, birds wanted to play, some monster birds were bagged and seems like EVERYONE had a safe year! Good Job :bowdown:
