goin to neast neb this march was wonderin if anyone has been there huntin,plan on goin on public ground,i dont know exactly where yet.May try knockin on some doors too.Any suggestions?

Any of you guys that have hunted Nebraska during archery seaon? I am heading to central Nebraska the first week in April. Wonder if we'll have snow???

Latest snow map. Barring some big storms here there won't be much of a snow line really.The new in ND and SD is from this weekend. Anywhere from 4-6 inches, but it melted quite a bit today. They are talking more snow this weekend with possibility of 6 in or more. I don't know how far south this system will reach though.

Im getting pretty pumped up,we are headed to nwest neb. next thursday for bow season.The weather looks like it will be perfect. 8-)

On Monday I called the rancher that let's me hunt his place in central Nebraska. He said that it is in the mid-70's! Crazy! Good news is that he says that he is seeing "hundreds" of birds. I hope at least some of them are on his place! :D

We are leaving April 1 for Neb archery. My first turkey archery hunt. I am so jacked up. Tired of practicing on the 3D turkey. Ready to get the real one. Hoping that "Gobbler fever" doesn't get me with the bow.

It's going up!! :evil: It is now 3.999 in St. Louis. I just filled up here in my home town. It was 3.829. it is really stupid!! :evil:
